Why Fixing This Is Important
Without proper deceleration and control, hitters spin out of their swing, lose barrel control, and pull off the ball, resulting in weak contact and reduced ability to drive the ball up the middle or to the opposite field. Fixing this enhances power, plate coverage, and consistent barrel plane.
