What This Drill Helps Fix
Helps you swing through the ball without twisting the bat over too early.
Why Fixing This Is Important
Keeping the bat moving through the ball helps you hit it squarely instead of cutting across it.
Coach Steve Cue
Hit the ball and let the bat keep moving through.
