What This Drill Helps Fix
Helps you stop reaching your hands away or dropping them before swinging.
Why Fixing This Is Important
The net shows when your swing takes too much space. A controlled swing helps you reach the ball on time.
Coach Steve Cue
Swing without reaching your hands into the net.
